Admission Guidelines & Requirements

1️⃣ Montessori Section (3-Year Program)

1.1 Junior Montessori (First Year)

  • Age for Admission: 2.5 – 3.5 years
  • Eligibility: No formal entry test.
  • Focus Areas: Social behavior, verbal responsiveness, basic motor skills.
  • Assessment: Observation of readiness for structured environment.
  • Placement Panel: Admission in-charge, principal, academic coordinator.

1.2 Senior Montessori (Second Year)

  • Age for Admission: 4 – 4.5 years
  • Eligibility:
    • Good behavior, understands verbal instructions.
    • Pencil grip & basic recognition of letters (A–Z, Urdu alphabet) and numbers (1–10).
    • Basic recognition of shapes & colors.
  • Entry Test: Formal assessment of English, Urdu, and mathematics readiness.
  • Placement Considerations: Age, maturity, previous school report (if applicable).

1.3 Advance Montessori (Third Year)

  • Age for Admission: 5 – 5.5 years
  • Eligibility:
    • Recognition & writing of letters and numbers.
    • English & Urdu literacy: speaking, listening, reading simple sentences, writing three-letter words.
    • Mathematics: numbers 1–100 (oral), 1–30 (written), simple addition, shape recognition.
  • Entry Test: Formal assessment from above syllabus to determine readiness.

2️⃣ Primary Section (Grades 1 – 5)

  • Written test based on syllabus for relevant grade.
  • Face-to-face interview with parents & child.
  • Reports from previous school considered.
  • Passing criteria: 60% marks.
  • Incentives for scoring 80%+: fee reduction.
  • Students below 60% may be conditionally admitted with parental undertaking.

3️⃣ Elementary / Secondary Section (Grades 6 – 10)

  • Full syllabus assessment delivered to candidate on first visit.
  • Preparation duration: one week (adjustable).
  • Students are placed according to age, previous school report, test performance, and maturity.
  • Retest offered if initial entry test fails (upon parent request).

4️⃣ Hifz Section (Grades 4 – 6 / 3-Year Program)

  • Eligibility:
    • Age: 10–14 years.
    • Completed Nazra Qur’an with Tajweed.
    • Must be able to memorize at least 1 page daily.
    • Pass Nazra competency test & interview.
  • Program Duration: 3 years (Grades 4–6)
  • Curriculum:
    • Hifz memorization & Tajweed practice.
    • Essential academic subjects: English, Urdu, Math, Science.
    • Character-building curriculum.
  • Evaluation:
    • Daily, weekly, quarterly & annual assessments.
    • Behavioral & academic progress monitored.
  • Parental Responsibilities:
    • Ensure daily home revision (Manzil), timely attendance, support Hifz priority.

5️⃣ HSSC Section (Grades 11–12 / FSC – FBISE)

  • Eligibility: Completion of Matric / O-Level / equivalent.
  • Age: 15 – 17 years (typical).
  • Requirements:
    • Academic transcripts & certificates.
    • CNIC / B-Form copies of parents & student.
    • Passport-size photographs.
  • Assessment: Placement based on matric/O-Level results + interview.
  • Parental Involvement: Parent–student interview required.
  • Special Notes: FBise curriculum offered, focus on academic & character development.

6️⃣ General Admission Principles

  • Age-Appropriate Placement: Year group placement by age & academic readiness.
  • Assessment: Written test + interview + school records.
  • Panel: Admission in-charge, principal, academic coordinator, subject teachers.
  • Remedial Support: Bridge courses / remedial programs available for conditional admissions.
  • Required Documentation:
    • Birth certificate / NADRA B-Form
    • Previous school report card / transcript
    • Passport photos
  • Fairness & Transparency: No learner may be refused admission arbitrarily.
